Who are we?

CryptoGames is an online gambling site where you can play Dice, Blackjack, Slots, Roulette, Video Poker, Plinko, Minesweeper, Keno and Lottery. Anyone can gamble using various cryptocurrencies.

What is a cryptocurrency?

A cryptocurrency is a digital medium of exchange. The first cryptocurrency to begin trading was Bitcoin in 2009. Since then, numerous cryptocurrencies have been created. Fundamentally, cryptocurrencies are specifications regarding the use of currency that seek to incorporate principles of cryptography to implement a distributed, decentralized, and secure information economy. When comparing cryptocurrencies to fiat money, the most notable difference is in how no group or individual may accelerate, stunt, or in any other way significantly abuse the production of money. Instead, only a certain amount of cryptocurrency is produced by the entire cryptocurrency system collectively, at a rate that is bound by a value both prior defined and publicly known. This concept is called decentralization and is a hallmark of most cryptocurrencies.

How do I start?

When you access our casino for the first time, you will be greeted with the primary registration page. An account with a random nickname will be generated which can be changed. You will have to agree to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy along with our Anti Money Laundering Policy to create your basic account with limited access to our different features. The account is stored in local cookies. To completely secure your account and have full access to all our features we strongly recommend you to add an e-mail address along with a strong password and become a fully registered user. A login session of a secured account is valid for 7 days after which the user will have to re-login.

Is my account secure?

If you want to ensure your account is protected and have full access to all our features, set an e-mail and a password under "Your Account" in the "Security" tab. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail from us. Never share your e-mail address and your password with anyone including the staff members and the support system. If you receive an e-mail from someone claiming to be a CryptoGames staff/support and asking for your password, do not respond. We will never ask you to reveal your password.
For an increased layer of security, we allow users to set two-factor authentication using the google 2FA application. If you are not familiar with this type of account security, you can read about it here and here. In case you lose your phone, send an email to our support team at [email protected] (Please allow up to 24 hours for our support team to handle your request).

Can I play as soon as I deposit?

Your deposit will be credited after one network confirmation. Deposits made from an exchange are typically slower than deposits made from a cryptocurrency wallet.

What are the minimum deposits/withdrawals?

Only fully registered users are able to make deposits.

Lower amounts will not be credited to your account.

The minimum withdrawal is 0.0007 BTC or altcoin equivilent for your first withdrawal. All further withdrawals have a minimum of 0.00035 BTC or altcoin equivalent.

Why is the deposit button not working?

To deposit funds on CryptoGames, your browser must have cookies enabled.

How long does it take to deposit/cash out?

Your deposit will be credited after one confirmation. For withdrawals we require 2 confirmations.

Ethereum, Ethereum Classic and BNB withdrawal - cca. 1 minute (2 confirmations)
Dogecoin withdrawal - cca. 2 minutes (2 confirmations)
Litecoin withdrawal - cca. 5 minutes (2 confirmations)

Deposits directly from an exchange usually take longer than deposits from a wallet.
Transaction speed also depends on the coin network status which can sometimes increase confirmation time.

Can I deposit using USD, EUR or other fiat currencies?

It is possible to deposit fiat currencies via your credit card using the Onramper integration. At the moment, this option is available for BTC and ETH deposits.
To make a deposit via Onramper, select "Your Account", then "Deposit" and navigate to the "Credit Card" tab in the popup window. On the widget, select the cryptocurrency you want to be credited to your CryptoGames account, the amount you do want to deposit and the fiat currency your credit card should be charged in.

Please not that we at CryptoGames do not handle these credit card transactions ourselves, instead they are facilitated by the third-party provider Onramper. As a result, it is possible you might have to pass additional KYC verifications on their end. If you want to learn more about Onramper, please check out their website

Can I deposit Ethereum Classic (ETC) into my CryptoGames Ethereum (ETH) address?

No, do not send Ethereum Classic (ETC) to Ethereum (ETH) address and vice versa. Such deposits will be lost.

Can I deposit Bitcoin Cash (BCH) into my CryptoGames Bitcoin (BTC) address?

No, do not send Bitcoin Cash (BCH) to Bitcoin (BTC) address and vice versa. Such deposits will be lost.

Can I deposit ERC20 tokens or send Ether as internal transaction (via a contract)?

No, we do not support any Tokens or contracts. Such deposits will be lost. Only normal transactions will be credited to your account.

Can I deposit NEO into my CryptoGames NeoGas (GAS) address?

No, we do not support NEO. Any NEO deposits will be lost.

Do I need to pay transaction fees when I withdraw coins?

Yes, but you have the option to custom choose your fees on withdrawal page. We don't suggest you to choose low transaction fees, because it can take days before the transaction gets confirmed. Note that the higher the fees, the faster transaction will be confirmed. We're updating recommended fees every 10 minutes from BlockcypherAPI. Read more about withdrawals in this blog post.

What is the win percentage for Slots?

Players have a 49.73% chance of winning. Less common combinations win more, while common combinations win less. Slot machines work on the principle of payout. Out of all payments in coins, we pay out 98.028%.

How do I increase my bet speed? What happens if I have multiple autobets running at the same time?

Betting 1000x the minimum bet will prioritize your bet speed. As your bet amount approaches the minimum bet of the coin, your bet speed will decrease. Simply stated: the greater the amount you gamble, the faster the server will process your result.

Alternatively, you can get the highest priority on each of your bets (regardless of the size) by verifying your account here.

Your bets will be placed as slowly as your lowest bet amount's speed. For example: if you have one autobet running at 0.00001000 BTC, another at 0.00000500 BTC, and a third at 2 DOGE, the 2 DOGE autobet would decrease the other two speed as though you were only betting 0.00000100 BTC. This is because the smallest bet is only 100x the minimum, regardless if the other two are betting more than that.

Please be aware that your connection to the server may also affect your betting speed - the better your connection and the lower the distance from our servers, the faster your bets will be placed.

What are the odds of drawing a royal flush at Video Poker?

Based on all the possible five-card hands that can be dealt, the odds of having a royal flush dealt to you are 1:649,740. Because video poker allows a player to draw additional cards (one time per hand), the odds of hitting a royal flush are about 1:40,390.

Why can't I see any slot machines?

Is CryptoGames using fair algorithms?

Yes. The developers of this site are software engineers, and create safe, secure websites for a living. We calculate random numbers by using a seed that you can verify yourself. Lottery numbers are drawn by a third-party website Randompicker.

What are the risks involved with changing my client seed manually?

We offer players the option to manually adjust the client seed when playing any of our games. Why would you want to manually adjust your client seed? Many players do this with the intention of manually handling the randomness and adding in a bit of personal luck into their results. From an objective perspective, this does not change the randomness involved in each of the rolls. However, there is a certain risk incurred when a player chooses to use the same client seed for subsequent rolls. The risk is that the gambling institution, in this case CryptoGames, would be able to anticipate the client seed the player will use and adjust the result in the house's favor. Of course, we would NEVER do that, but as we are for transparency, we want to highlight this risk to our players.

Can I play for free?

You can play for free with the built-in faucet (reward system). The purpose of the faucet is to test the available games with zero risk prior to depositing. The number of faucet requests available every 24 hours depends on your player level with up to 60 requests available for the highest level players. If you want to continue playing, PlayMoney can be used with higher number of daily requests. Faucet abuse leads to disabled faucet or account block. Continuous withdrawing of earnings from faucet is forbidden and leads to your account being blocked or permanent disabled faucet. Detailed rules about faucet usage can be read in this blogpost.

How does the leveling system work?

Every new player starts at level 0 and earns points when placing a bet, referring friends, chatting, and through loyalty (days active). Higher levels yield a larger faucet amount. More information about levels can be found on the "Rewards" page.

When I make a faucet request I get the message: "You have withdrawn coins in last 12 hours, so your request was declined?" Why?

Once you withdraw your coins, you have to wait 12 hours to make another faucet request. You still have the option of using PlayMoney. Keep note that the purpose of faucet is to test games and not to enrich yourself from it. Read this blogpost to learn more about faucet usage.

Can I have multiple accounts?

No, only one account per person is allowed. Players with multiple accounts will be blocked and all funds will be confiscated.

When I want to bet or withdraw funds, I get the message: "Your account is temporarily blocked." Why?

You created multiple accounts, or you were found to be cheating. You are blocked if you have 10 or more instantiations of CryptoGames open at any one time. Can I request a refund?

No. All bets are final and cannot be refunded. Explanation why can be found in this blog post.

Why is my balance in Slot, Blackjack, Video Poker, Plinko and Roulette different than my balance in Dice?

Your Slot, Blackjack, Video Poker and Roulette balance is shown in credits. Each coin has its own credit ratio:

Do you offer API?

How can I win Dice Jackpot?

You can win the Jackpot if your dice bet meets ALL of the following criteria:

The last two digits of your Server seed + client seed combined and encrypted in SHA512 are 77 (called the jackpot number)

For the Jackpot number, the calculation goes as following:
It's basically done the same way bet results are calculated, but in this case take the two characters at the end of the SHA512-hash. So first you need the SHA512-hash, this is your Server seed and Client seed combined and encrypted in SHA512.
As the next step, take the last two characters of your SHA512 hash and convert them from Hexadecimal to Decimal. If this number has 3 digits and is less than 200, use modulo 100 to get a number between 0-99. If the generated Decimal value is 200 or higher, repeat the last step with the next 2 characters of your SHA512-hash from right to left. Continue until a number between 0-99 is generated.

How does the Chat work?

You can chat with other players while playing any game. For quick help, use the !help command within the chat window.
The chat window allows you to tip other players by typing the command !tip [nickname] [amount] [coin]. For example, to send ChuckNorris 0.5 Litecoin to his CryptoGames account, use the following command: !tip ChuckNorris 0.5 LTC. The minimum tipping amounts are: 0.00005 Bitcoin or altcoin equivalent.

To show your bets to other players within the chat window, you can use the commands !bet dice, !bet slot, !bet blackjack, !bet videopoker, !bet plinko or !bet roulette followed by your Bet ID. For example, to display your dice bet with the Bet ID "100000" in the chat, use the following command: !bet dice 100000.

To flip a coin use the !flip command. You will get heads or a tails as a result of a random coin flip.

To get the value of a coin offered at CryptoGames, type the !value command. For example, to get the value of 0.5 LTC type: !value 0.5 LTC.

To get your balance of a coin at CryptoGames, type the !balance command. For example, to get the balance of Bitcoin type: !balance BTC.

You can buy lottery tickets for other users with the following command: !lotto [coin] [# of tickets] [nickname]. For example, to buy two Dogecoin Lottery tickets for user ChuckNorris, enter the following command: !lotto Doge 2 ChuckNorris.

Using the chat feature can increase your player level with the benefit of a larger faucet. One chat message is equal to one chat point in the "Rewards" tab.

Basic chat rules: No spamming / cursing / insulting / begging or asking for tips and rain / advertising other websites in any chat channel.
Players must use English in the English channel. If players prefer to use any other language, they may chat in the International channel. The same basic rules apply to both channels. Chat Moderators and Administrators can ban you if you do not follow these rules. Mods/Admins are given full judgement when considering whether or not a chat message is breaking the rules.

SMG, VRN, etc., what are those?

There are different user groups on our site. Some are tied to a function, others are not, here is a list:

[ADM] are our admins Joter and Kewl. They own and run the site. Their color-tag is orange.
[MOD] are moderators, their job is to keep the chat clean. They have the ability to mute users or to issue warnings. Their color-tag is blue.
[SMG] are supporters (short for Support Moderator Group). They can help you with your questions and have the ability to report problems in chat via email to the rest of the staff.
[VRN] are our site veterans. They either used to be part of our staff or are particularly high level accounts. They know their way around the site and are honored with the tag.
[VIP] players are the top monthly wagering contest winners of the previous month (indicated with a trophy in the table).

How does RainBot work?

Rain (small amounts of cryptocurrency) will be dealt in random intervals between 30 and 90 minutes. Rain will only be dealt if enough users have participated in chat since the last rain was dealt.
The maximum number of users that will receive rain is 6, with the minimum number of users being 2. The size of the rain dealt to the users depends on the user activity (frequency and quality of chat messages) since the last rain.
Chat activity is calculated based on the character count of each user’s chat messages since the last rain. RainBot is intelligent and gives rewards based on message quality. If a user is spamming, he/she will not receive much, even if he/she wrote a lot of text.
Within a 24 hour time period, RainBot will give away a maximum of 30% of its balance. In each rain interval, RainBot will give away a maximum of 10% of its daily funds.
The minimum reward users will receive from rain is 10 satoshi. Every user can tip RainBot by using the !tip command.

How can I tip players on chat with Rain command?

To trigger a manual rain use the !rain command. You can specify the total amount you want to send, the currency sent, and the amount of recipients, from 3 users up to 20 users maximum.
If you don't specify a number of recipients, it will default to 8. For example, to rain 0.001 BTC between 15 chatters, type: !rain 0.001 BTC 15

What is the "Privacy" option under account settings?

If you want to hide your profits/losses, or your nickname from appearing in last bets and from the "High Rolls" tab, you can do it by enabling privacy options.

Can I get paid to promote CryptoGames?

Absolutely! Each player is provided a referral link for advertising CryptoGames found in "Rewards" under the "Invite A Friend" tab. 15% of the house edge of every bet made by players you refer is added to your balance. Whether they win or lose the bet, you still earn money!

Can I convert from one cryptocurrency to another?

Yes, you can use inbuild exchange service, which you can access on "Exchange" page. You can exchange between cryptocurrencies that are listed on first page. We're having our exchange rates which are refreshed automatically. Only registered users can use exchange service.

Can I mine coins into my CryptoGames wallet?

No. It is recommended to mine coins into your own personal cryptocurrency wallet prior to depositing into your CryptoGames wallet.

What if I can't stop gambling?

Gambling can become an addiction that can have serious negative effects on your life.
